Before venturing into entrepreneurship with StrategINK, Vinod garnered extensive experience during his tenure at IDC India and Cybermedia, where he excelled in pivotal roles within the Go-To-Market Services team. As an alumnus of Amity, Vinod holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration, specializing in IT and Marketing. He has previously been associated with the Times Strategic Solutions Ltd (Economic Times Edge) as Director – Projects (ICT and BFSI Vertical). He was a part of the initial core team that started the Tech Business and was instrumental in launching many successful campaigns like The Economic Times Cutting Chai Stories and syndicated events such as ET DataCon, ET Tech Summit, ET GETF, Femina’s FemTech, ET Digital Banking Summit etc. He has also played pivotal role in Times group’s largest business event The Economic Times Global Business Summit.
Prior to joining ET Edge, Manish has been in the founding team of CyberMedia Research and Service Limited (CMRSL). With his Innovative thoughts, strong back-end operations, long lasting customer relations, innate focus on high quality he led Integrated Marketing and Services division as General Manager.
Prior to CMRSL, he has played a key role in establishing the IDC’s event business in India. He played a key role in streamlining the event operations for syndicated events and integrated customised marketing campaigns as Sr. Manager – GTM Services.

He has hands-on sales, sales management and P&L experience of complex B2B sales, distribution, channel and retail business. He led the Toshiba mobile computing business that garnered over 10% market share in a highly competitive landscape.
Koushik was the founder member of HCL Career Development Centre and expanded the greenfield to a large service business in three years.
